“Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed,” King Solomon wrote over 3,000 years ago.
Small business owners, managers, and CEOs often struggle with the isolation of being the leader. As they say, it’s lonely at the top.
It’s impossible and often unwise to share your business challenges and struggles with your employees. They may not understand or be able to offer insight or solutions. They may take your fears the wrong way.
Enter the Sharper Edge™ Mastermind groups.
In these small assemblies, you’ll find comaradery, support, and advice from fellow business owners and CEOs who face similar situations as you.
Limited to a maximum of eight professionals per group, each mastermind is facilitated by an expert small-group leader trained in assisting mastermind members to share with each other.
How often are the meetings?
Each Sharper Edge™ Mastermind group meets once a month for up to two hours. Members are encouraged to foster accountability relationships outside the group meetings for regular follow-up and communication.
If enough interest is generated, an annual or semi-annual in-person Sharper Edge™ MasterMind weekend retreat may be planned for members of all groups.
Will what I share stay confidential?
Yes. Every mastermind member must agree to hold everything shared within the group completely confidential. Anyone caught breaching this obligation will be banned from the MasterMind groups.
